Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AapaniSHOPPY, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, and cancellations across our services.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled before the vendor ships the product.
- Once the order is marked as "Shipped", cancellation is not possible.
- For prepaid orders, full refund will be processed within 5β7 business days to the original payment method.
- COD orders can be cancelled without any charges before shipping.
1.2 Cancellation by Vendor/AapaniSHOPPY
- Orders may be cancelled if the product is out of stock.
- Orders may be cancelled if pricing errors are detected.
- Orders may be cancelled if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- In all such cases, full refund will be processed automatically.
2. Returns
2.1 Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Return request must be raised through the app or by contacting support.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food items, flowers)
- Intimate/personal care products
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products and vouchers
- Products with broken seals (health & hygiene items)
2.3 Return Process
- Raise a return request from "My Orders" in the app.
- Select the reason for return and upload photos (if damaged).
- Our team will review and approve/reject within 24β48 hours.
- Once approved, schedule a pickup or drop at the nearest collection point.
- Refund will be processed after quality check within 5β7 business days.

3.2 Partial Refunds
- If only some items in a multi-item order are returned, refund will be for those specific items only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
4. Recharge & Bill Payment Refunds
- Successful recharge: Non-refundable. Please verify the number before recharging.
- Failed recharge (money debited): Auto-refund to wallet within 24 hours. If not received, contact support.
- Duplicate recharge: Raise a complaint within 24 hours. Refund subject to operator confirmation.
- Bill payment failures: Refund processed within 5β7 business days.
5. Money Transfer Refunds
- Failed transfer: Amount refunded to wallet within 24β48 hours.
- Wrong beneficiary: AapaniSHOPPY is NOT liable for transfers to incorrect account details provided by the user.
- Pending transfers: If a transfer is pending for more than 48 hours, contact support for resolution.
6. Wallet Refunds
- Wallet balance is non-refundable to bank account (except during account closure).
- Promotional/cashback credits cannot be refunded or transferred.
- Upon account deletion, remaining wallet balance (excluding promotional credits) will be refunded to the registered bank account within 15 business days.
7. Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
- Upload clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a free pickup and process a full refund or replacement.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability.
