Shipping & Delivery Policy

AapaniSHOPPY partners with vendors and logistics providers to deliver products across India. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery terms.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across India, covering 200+ cities including Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns.
  • Delivery availability depends on the vendor's serviceable area and the delivery partner's coverage.
  • PIN code serviceability can be checked on the product page before placing an order.

2. Delivery Timelines

Location Estimated Delivery
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) 2–4 business days
Tier-2 Cities (Ahmedabad, Surat, Jaipur, etc.) 3–5 business days
Tier-3 & Rural Areas 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above β‚Ή499.
  • For orders below β‚Ή499, a flat shipping fee of β‚Ή40–₹70 may apply depending on location.
  • Some heavy or bulky items may have additional shipping charges (displayed on product page).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and in-app notification.
  • Track your order in real-time from "My Orders" section in the app.
  • Order statuses: Placed β†’ Confirmed β†’ Shipped β†’ Out for Delivery β†’ Delivered.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to the vendor.
  • For prepaid orders, refund will be processed after the product is received back by the vendor.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

6. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable after multiple attempts
  • Restricted/inaccessible delivery location
  • Natural disasters or government restrictions

7. Damaged During Transit

  • If you receive a damaged package, do NOT accept the delivery. Refuse it at the doorstep.
  • If you notice damage after opening, report within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
