Welcome to AapaniSHOPPY. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AapaniSHOPPY mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform") operated by AapaniSHOPPY, located at Block A, 606 Prahladnagar Trade Centre, B/H Titanium City Centre, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat — 380051.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the AapaniSHOPPY mobile app and website.
  • "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform, including buyers, vendors, and agents.
  • "Vendor" refers to a registered seller who lists and sells products on the Platform.
  • "Services" include e-commerce, mobile recharge, bill payments, money transfer, and wallet services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
  • You must provide a valid Indian mobile number for OTP-based registration.
  • For money transfer and wallet services, KYC verification is mandatory as per RBI guidelines.

3. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • AapaniSHOPPY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • One mobile number can be linked to only one account.

4. E-Commerce Services

  • Products listed on the Platform are sold by independent vendors. AapaniSHOPPY acts as a marketplace facilitator.
  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided by vendors. AapaniSHOPPY does not guarantee their accuracy.
  • Orders are subject to availability and vendor confirmation.
  • Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via Razorpay.
  • AapaniSHOPPY reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, fraud, or stock unavailability.

5. Recharge & Bill Payment Services

  • Recharge and bill payment services are facilitated through third-party providers (Pay2All).
  • AapaniSHOPPY is not responsible for failures caused by telecom operators or utility providers.
  • Once a recharge is processed successfully, it is non-refundable.
  • In case of a failed transaction where money is debited, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Money Transfer Services

  • Money transfer is available via IMPS/NEFT to any Indian bank account.
  • KYC verification is mandatory before using transfer services.
  • Transfer limits are subject to RBI regulations and AapaniSHOPPY's internal policies.
  • AapaniSHOPPY is not liable for incorrect beneficiary details provided by the user.
  • Failed transfers will be refunded to the user's wallet within 24–48 hours.

7. Wallet

  • The AapaniSHOPPY wallet is a prepaid instrument for use within the Platform.
  • Wallet balance can be used for shopping, recharges, bill payments, and money transfers.
  • Wallet top-up is available via UPI, debit card, credit card, and net banking.
  • Cashback and promotional credits are non-transferable and may have expiry dates.

8. Vendor Terms

  • Vendors must complete KYC verification and provide valid business documents.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for product quality, descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment.
  • AapaniSHOPPY charges a commission on each successful sale as per the vendor agreement.
  • Payouts are processed weekly to the vendor's registered bank account.
  • AapaniSHOPPY reserves the right to delist products or suspend vendor accounts for policy violations.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform.
  • Engage in money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
  • Sell counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by AapaniSHOPPY.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • AapaniSHOPPY is a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for product quality, delivery delays, or vendor disputes.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from third-party service failures (payment gateways, telecom operators, banks).
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Modifications

AapaniSHOPPY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
